The beds were clean and comfortable. Great location, central to tourist attractions. Polite and friendly cleaning staff. Convenient location, minutes walk to center and tourist spots. Good water pressure and temperature in shower.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the city center and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a decent heating system to keep you warm during the cold weather. the bathroom was satisfactory, with basic toiletries provided.

The staff lacked communication skills and were not very helpful with providing information.

The hotel offered a breakfast option that was great value, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a lounge area where we could relax and enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance, and the Wi-Fi was only available with an ethernet cable. Additionally, the bill needed to be checked thoroughly, as there were some discrepancies in charges.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of being located close to the central street and major attractions. The hotel offered free breakfast and had a small convenience shop nearby which was useful for buying snacks and drinks. The rooms were spacious with good heating and plenty of English and Chinese TV channels. the hotel offered a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

There were also some negative aspects to the hotel. The room was not always very clean, and the shower connection was poor which can be frustrating when trying to get ready.
